Solarcoaster

Solarcoaster multi-arts festival is a two-day event designed especially for children visiting and local to the Sunshine Coast. A host of vibrant artists and speakers, dynamic performances and interactive workshops will encourage children to imagine, explore and experience the arts and the world around them in ways like never before.

Using everything from musical instruments and role-playing to clay and cooking, props and costumes, Solarcoaster will invite children to discover sound, colour, texture, taste, rhythm, science, movement, dance and dramatic and imaginative play. Solarcoaster is presented by Egg Festivals, a not-for-profit locally managed group. This event is homegrown and is specific to the Sunshine Coast community. It is their goal to develop Solarcoaster into an annual event with a reputation for excellence.
