Cairns Blues Festival
The Cairns Blues Festival committee is dedicated to the establishment of an annual blues music festival in Cairns, with the ambition of making Cairns the home of 'blues' in Far North Queensland.
The inaugural Cairns Blues Festival will be held over two days, comprising local and national blues artists.
The setting for this event showcases the stunning tropical backdrop and glorious autumn weather that Cairns has to offer to both locals and visitors alike.
Close to all forms of transport, and only 15 minutes from the Cairns International Airport, Fogarty Park is in close proximity to varying levels of accommodation. This live music event is set to become a 'must see' for all blues enthusiasts, as well as fostering new music from the Far North.
