Chicago Fair is a community event with cultural flair, offering a unique local brand of multicultural entertainment and a lovely diverse food court.
Entertainment this year includes; a Youth In Unity Concert, Boiler Room with DJ/Mixing, Tongan and Cook Island Dancers, Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Falun Dafa demonstrations, contemporary rock and country, Chris Finnen, Philippe the Juggler, The Rockin’ Rocky Show, The Chicago Show Band, The Jesiv Crew, Sacred Tribal Belly Dance Troupe, Afghani singer Ali Aalimi and the Gepps Cross Girls High school Band. Exceptional value for money for the entire family with camel rides, rocket ride, kiddies carousel, sumo suits, giant bouncy castle, drumming workshops, pirate stories, gothic scribe, petting zoo, native animals, face painting, hair braiding, henna tattoos, Aussie croquet and football clinics. Fantastic market stalls, information on local services and schools, aromatherapy and massage on hand for those in need of relaxation and information.
A Health Check Tent is available to all visitors to have health checks, receive nutritional advice and much more thanks to Enfield Primary Health Service and local health professionals volunteering their services. St Johns and the Metropolitan Fire Service will also be attending on the day. Come and embrace a community that takes pride in its quiet achievements for a great day to be enjoyed by all in the heart of the City of Port Adelaide Enfield.
