International Museum Day at Sunnybrae Farm 2009

Head to Sunnybrae to celebrate International Museum Day, a great day out.

There’s many activities to choose from, including pirates, tall ships, treasure hunt, Vikings , fire dancers, Samurai knights and archers.

Entertainment includes Vikings in combat, fire dancing, Celtic music, broadsword, country dancers and pipe band and black powder guns firing .

See displays from “One and All”, Kilburn Speedway, plus calligraphy, medieval and old gowns, antique dolls and working steam engines. There’s also stalls, collectables and plenty of food.

Over 100 BSA motorcycles on display.

International Museum Day has been celebrated all over the world since 1977.
