The Barossa Band Festival 2008
This year, the very popular street march through Tanunda will again be an essential part of the Barossa Band Festival and will commence from the Mill Street end of Murray Street and is expected to commence at 4pm. The festival will again provide both spectators and band players with a fun day with both brass band and bagpipe band music. In addition to the street march, school bands will play in the Rotunda at the top end of Murray Street, Tanunda from 1pm until 3.45pm. Bagpipe bands will hold their South Australian State Championships in Murray Street from 2pm until 3.45pm.
