Kapunda Celtic Festival 2008
The 33rd Kapunda Celtic Festival will be held in conjunction with the Kapunda Mind, Body and Soul Fair. Come and share our heritage during this three day celebration of our Anglo-Celtic music and dance traditions. Kapunda is proud to host Australia’s longest running annual Celtic gathering of musicians, singers, dancers, buskers, story tellers and revellers. This year’s festival promises to be another huge success with a great line up of performers over the three days. The Kapunda festival, like all festivals, continues to grow and evolve in seeking new directions and experiences. We are also pleased to hold to tradition and host the much loved Adelaide Celtic Music Club jam session at the Clare Castle hotel on the Friday night. As in previous years there will be a singing competition held at the Sir John Franklin Hotel on Saturday afternoon at 2.30pm.
