Bundaleer Forest Weekend Event 2009

The tenth anniversary Bundaleer Forest Weekend event will once again feature fine music in the birthplace of Australian forestry.

For those who were with us in 2007 we are sure you will be thrilled to once again see and hear tenor Simon O'Neill, who could forget his unbelievable "Nessum Dorma" performance under the stars in the Bundaleer Forest. Joining Simon will be Australian soprano Cheryl Barker with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra. The Australian String Quartet will be returning to perform on Sunday morning.

The weekend will commence on Friday afternoon and evening with activities in the township of Jamestown where you can meet up with friends and family for a meal, listen to music, visit galleries and exhibitions and enjoy buskers and entertainers.

On Saturday and Sunday at the forest, artists and performers will entertain on the main stage, the Forestry SA stage and along the forest walks.

In 2009 we will reintroduce the Bistro along with a range of food and beverage stalls for your enjoyment throughout the weekend. Pre ordered picnic hampers will be available for lunch or dinner on Saturday.

Accommodation and a bus transfer service from Burra and Clare on Saturday evening will be available, more details on request.
