Mount Gambier Christmas Parade 2008
People line the main street of Mount Gambier to view the annual Christmas Parade running from Commercial Street East to Vansittart Park in Commercial Street West. Fun for all ages with Christmas themed floats, Christmas tree and Father Christmas.
The Parade starts at 11.30am and continues for approximately one hour. Walking along the parade will be clowns and Brass Bands from local and interstate. The local Community, schools and organisations get behind this Event every year with prizes offered for the best float and entrant in various categories. Father Christmas always makes a special appearance at the end of the float
