Premier Amateur Production of Cats in South Australia

Murray Bridge Players and Singers Incorporated is very honoured to bring the premier amateur production (in South Australia) of Andrew Lloyd Webber's brilliant musical "Cats" to Murray Bridge.

Rehearsals commenced in January with a very excited and enthusiastic cast of 68 people ranging from eight to 70 years of age. This includes a "kitten" chorus, plus an adult vocal chorus.

Performances will be held in the Murray Bridge Town Hall, creating quite a challenge for the Directors to turn the Town Hall into a magical playground for the cats to tell their story with song and dance. Sets and props have to be three times normal size proportionate to the size of a cat.
