Australian Zircon Chefs of the Murray at the Renmark Club Restaurant.
The Chefs of the Murray project aims to raise the profile of the food and wine available in the Riverland region by showcasing regional produce at an event that is the culmination of a mentoring project where apprentice chefs and hospitality students work alongside celebrity chef preparing dishes from regional and seasonal produce.
The event is held as a part of the Riverland Renaissance program, which has event and dinners from 5 October 2008 through to 19 October 2008. This year it is being held as a prestigious five-course meal enjoy the views over the Murray River on the decking at the Renmark Club.
