Moonta Open Gardens Festival 2010
The Moonta Open Garden Festival has been a popular event for a number of years. It's your chance to see more approximately 12 beautiful open gardens on Yorke Peninsula. After the good rains, many gardens will be at their best in October.
See how people have adapted their gardens to cope with recent dry spells, including succulents and natives, in their plantings. Enjoy a relaxing weekend visiting the gardens, some of which will have interesting added attractions such as afternoon teas, a coffee barn and gelataria as well as trading tables with plants and produce for sale.
Buses and groups welcome, but advisable to make prior arrangements to avoid congestion at venues.
