Yorke Peninsula Rail Tourist Trip
Departing from the Wallaroo Railway Station, the 90-minute journey in modernised rail cars travels through Kadina and farming countryside to Bute, a distance of 40 kilometres.
A two hour stopover allows passengers to have a meal at Bute; the Hotel, light lunch at the RSL Club, or Scoopy’s Takeaway Cafe. A play ground, park with barbecue facilities, bromeliad nursery and craft gallery/museum are all available to explore while in this country township.
Refreshments and souvenirs are available on board during the journey. Travel is in renovated rail cars, with seating at tables and chairs.
