The Mersey Valley Devonport Cycling Club Senior Two Day Tour part of the National Road Series
Saturday 19th stage 1.
10.00am: - stage 1 is a 6km time trial starting in Gowrie Park & finishing at Claude Rd riders will then return to Gowrie
Park for the start of the road race.
Stage 2.
1.00pm: - stage 2 is a road race using a 35km circuit starting at Gowrie Park, turn left into Browns Hill Rd, left into
West Kentish Rd, left into Staverton Rd, left into Claude Rd and finish in Gowrie Park.
Men 3 laps, under 19 men 3 laps, women 2 laps.
Sunday 20th stage 3
9.00am: - Stage 3 is a 90km road race starting in Elizabeth Town to Railton to Sheffield, then a left turn to Paradise to
Mole Creek, left turn in Red Hills to Dunorlan to Moltema, right to Elizabeth Town.
1.00pm: - stage 4 is a road race using a 27km circuit starting at Elizabeth Town, turn left at the Kimberley fire station,
left Weegena, left at Dunorlan, right Moltema, left at Moltema until last lap then right to finish before Elizabeth Town.
Men 2 laps, under 19 men 2 laps, women 1 lap.
Riders must complete each stage to compete in the next stage and be eligible for general
classification and K.O.M/Q.O.M. prizes.
Dispensation for mechanical misshapes or accidents will be at the discretion of the Chief
Commissaire.
The 1st eight riders are to claim their placing in each stage.
The first four riders across the line will receive time bonuses, 1st12secs, 2nd8secs, 3rd 6secs
4th 4secs.
K.O.M.: - 1st 3 points, 2nd 2 points, 3rd 1 point.
1st four riders in K.O.M./Q.O.M. are to claim their placing.
There will not be any time bonuses in the Individual Time Trial.
Spares: - the spares vehicle will follow the main bunch, once the spares are in the spares vehicle
they will become neutral.
