There will be a large number of displays and activities to do with trout, including fishing tackle, books and all kinds of gear.
The fishing competition at Brumby's Creek between weirs two and three is a highlight of the Expo. AUD10,000 is up for grabs if you can catch the specially tagged wild trout.
There are loads of other great prizes to win also, with many categories including several secret weights, so be sure to bring along your fishing rod and gear, or even buy your gear at the Expo.
Boat accessories, fishing clubs, fishing guides, travel and holiday ideas, fly tying, casting, rod building, environmental displays and information, camping and outdoor gear, clothing, kid's activities, music, bug displays, art and a big fish arcade are just some of the things you will see.
There are regular trout cooking demonstrations and you get to taste the scrumptious results. There is also a fun fashion parade at scheduled times throughout the weekend.
A huge raffle with 17 great prizes and only 5000 tickets so be sure to get in quick - there's an excellent chance you could win!
There were many huge trout caught at last year's event, and the heaviest one was over five kilograms.
The evet will take place at both Cressy District High School and Bremby's Creek, with a free shuttle bus running between the two venues.
Camping is available during the Expo at the Cressy Recreational Grounds.
Entry is by gold coin donation, however entry into the fishing competition is extra.
Please note: A Tasmanian angling license is required for the fishing competition if you are 14 or over and of course these will be available to purchase at the event.
