M.R.A. and Salvation Army Toy Run

MRA Toy Run - an annual get together off the motorcycle community in aid of the Salvation Army
Enjoy a great day of riding and giving to the needy by participating in the 28th MRA Tasmania Toy Run.
The MRA have been hosting this event since the late 1970's and this will be the 28th Toy Run held.
Without doubt the biggest Toy Run in Australia per head of population. Probably the longest too if you count the run down from Burnie. There are about 8,000 road registered bikes in Tasmania, and MRA Tasmania pulls up to 5,000 of them for the annual parade.
The Run is held on a Saturday to allow partying afterwards and a gentle trip home on the Sunday.
This ride is under Tasmanian Police escort.
All donations to the salvos are gratefully accepted and passed on to the needy by them.
