Experience country life with a carnival atmosphere at the Huon Show "The Show of the South"
The Huon Agricultural Society Inc. has always provided an array of free entertainment at the Huon Show.
The 2009 Huon Show will be no exception. Make Believe Entertainment, the popular childrens show will be back again this year. In 2008, a marquee was for entertainment purposes positioned on the main arena and this will again happen at the 2009 Show.
A bullock team from the North West Coast will appear with demonstrations throughout the day.
The Animal Nursery will be operated by they Kingborough-Huon Rural Youth Club and another feature of the Show conducted by the Rural Youth Club will be the Dog High Jump. This feature always attracts a large crowd and is a very popular event on the day.
Other attractions will include the art of wooden boat building, vintage machinery displays, bands and much more.
