A three day sailing regatta in Dover in Tasmania's Far South, onshore food, drink and entertainment
Come along to Huon Tasmanian Salmon Port Esperance Regatta it is the biggest annual event in the small town of Dover in Tasmania's Far South.
The event is the continuation of the Dover regatta which was first held in the early 1860s and together with the Port Huon Pipe Opener Series and the Cygnet Regatta revives the heyday of the three Huon Regattas.
This year's event includes three race series for both keel-boats and dinghies culminating in the William Jackson Memorial Cup and BK Price Trophy Races respectively.
There will also be events for classic yachts of yesteryear and cruisers.
Onshore activities include music and entertainment on the nights of Saturday and Sunday as well as fine food and drinks.
