The Zeehan Gem and Mineral Fair

Come and see exquisite gems from around Australia and Tasmania.
At the Zeehan Gem and Mineral Fair there will be over 65 stalls of Gems, Opals, Pearls, Jewellery, Crystals, Minerals, Gold, Fossils, and Silver, Beads, Carvings and Tasmanian minerals.
There will be two Specimen competitions for anyone to enter. One is for Tasmanian minerals and the other for Anywhere else in the World Minerals. Other competitions include, guess the weight of the rock and guess how many stones are in the jar.
There is also a lucky door prize of a Crocoite specimen valued at $500.00.
There will be displays of Old mining equipment, West Coast Minerals, Stitchtite and Serpentine carvings, the fuel tank from the Skylab and displays from Lapidary Clubs.
On Saturday there will be some great free children's entertainment including a jumping castle, The Great Aussie Bush show, show bags, Circatron, and a Ball pond. Saturday evening there is a great Fireworks display!
On Sunday come and have a go at Vertigo the mobile rock climbing wall for all ages. There will be plenty of food and refreshments available all weekend.
