Finally an event for every-one on the Ironman 70.3 weekend! For all those friends and families, supporters and those from far and near; and anyone else they've forgotten, they are proud to introduce the Capricorn Bush Bolt.
What's the Bolt? It's a seven kilometre fun run, a Saturday morning warm up for everyone of most ages, and it's affordable fun too. You get to complete and compete over one lap of the famous Ironman 70.3 run course, through just part of the 22,000 hectares of the incredible Mercure Capricorn Resort.
