Cilantro will be holding a food and wine event as part of The Great Alpine Roast. Cilantro is a casual, funky bar and restaurant with a warm, vibrant atmosphere. The set menu will include a classic Cote de boeuf - Gippsland 30 day dry aged ribeye, cooked whole and on the bone, served with house béarnaise, mustards and fresh grated horseradish.
