Uncover the mysteries of megafauna, dinosaurs and fossils at Cobb+Co Museum's Unearthed school holiday program, 25 June to 6 July 2012 (weekdays only).
Children will have the unique opportunity to sift through soil from the most extensive and well-preserved megafauna research sites in Australia, located on the Darling Downs.
Queensland Museum Honorary Research Fellow and amateur palaeontologist Ian Sobbe will even be on hand at selected times to identify and tell you more about your discoveries.
Children will also receive a Junior Palaeontologist Field Guide full of fun activities and admission to the Dino Discovery Centre where they can make and name their own dinosaur, create Do-you-think-he-saurus masks and follow the Find A Fossil Trail.
Access to all the Unearthed activities will cost $10 per child including entry to the Fossil Discovery Zone, the Dino Discovery Centre, The Nest and a Junior Paleontologist Kit.
