Baw Baw Garden Expo and Home Show
Each year we run this event to raise funds for local causes e.g. West Gippsland Hospital,Elderly citizen homes, cancer foundation. This year we are pledging $20,000 for the diabetes association for much needed equipment for both children and adults as our association has to take its turn in the month for such facilities.
We have approximately 150 beautiful exhibits and sales. The Garden Expo 50 specialist nurseries and outdoor garden products,spas,indoor and outdoor furniture. We have well known identities demonstrating such as Melissa King the garden guru,Kevin Heinz, Jane Edmansson to mention a few. There are garden tools and machinery,shade sails, fencing, gazebos, hot houses, water saving devices.
The Home Show we have interior and exterior furnshings, decorators,wood turning displays, plumbing accessories, bank finance,tradesman on hand for any advice.
The grounds are well supplied with extensive catering and childrens activities.
