Tyers Art Festival
The Tyers Art Festival has grown to become one of the most anticipated events on the Gippsland Arts calendar, showcasing over 500 works annually.
The Festival is held on Friday 7th Nov (8-11pm), Saturday 8th Nov (10am-4pm) and Sunday 9th Nov (10am-4pm).
This year the Tyers Art Festival will include the inaugural Tyers Quilt Display.
The festival opens on Friday with the presentation of prizes and then continues on Saturday with the exhibition, wine and beer tastings and sales and Devonshire Teas.
Sunday is Family Day with a lifestyle & craft market, demonstrations by local groups, Gippsland produce stalls and local community displays. Entertainment is provided for all the family. The DSE & CFA will host a Photographic Exhibition that looks at the recovery of those areas impacted by fires over the past few years.
The Tyers Art Festival is well worth a visit to enjoy the high quality art work, sample the best Gippsland produce as well as enjoy a variety of entertainment.
