Junction Creek Classic - Tambo Valley Golf Tournament

Tambo Valley golf Club is nestled in a valley of the Victorian High Country and is renowned as one of the best 9 hole golf courses in Australia. Its unique layout in the midst of an old pine plantation has visitors marvelling at the surrounding mountains while listening to the waters flow in the Junction Creek that meanders its way through the course. The Golf Club runs two, four day tournaments per year. One in March, the week following the Labour Day weekend, and the other in October. These tournaments attracts over 180 golfers with regular attendees from as far as Adelaide, Melbourne and Canberra as well as country Victoria. Thursday is traditionally Ladies day with a 27 hole event. Friday is 4BBB (four ball best ball) events for both men and women. On Saturday the mixed event is held and Sunday is men's day with the 27 hole Championship.
