Wonthaggi Toyota Australian 4WD Mud Racing Championships
Racing will commence at 10am at the drag racing circuit constructed to the south of the playing oval at the Dalyston Recreation Reserve. Drag racing is the latest innovation to the mud-racing format. It consists of two cars racing side by side on separate tracks through mud, water, bends and jumps to achieve the fastest time without hitting any marker
pegs. Action is relentless and often airborne. Food and drink is available at the circuit along with carnival type activities for the kids. There will also be a human foot race through part of the mud circuit, which has become very popular. The race is divided into under 14 girls and boys and also an open age group.
