Springfest Ballarat Road Rodders Rod Run
The Hot Rod Drags run at the Ballarat Airport from 10am - 4pm on Saturday November 21, allow entrants to have fun with their cars in a safe environment as they run 1/8th mile drag races. The drags bring a lot of fun, noise and excitement to the day, and attract a good public following.
But the feature of all Rod Runs is the Show and Shine where the public can get up close to the Hot Rods and admire the work put into these modified old cars. There is plenty of colour, enjoyment, trade stands, and good old rock and roll music to enjoy. The Show and Shine will be held at the City Oval, Ballarat from 10am - 2pm on Sunday November 22.
The Ballarat Road Rodders events are feature attractions of the 2009 Bendigo Bank SpringFest Season of Events.
