The Ballarat Australian Cycling Grand Prix is back in Ballarat and you'd be crazy to miss it! Ballarat is quickly becoming known as Australia's centre for open road cycling and the Ballarat Australian Cycling Grand Prix is gearing up for its third year as Australia's leading road cyclists get themselves ready to compete for state honours and $18,000 in prizemoney. Don't miss three full days of cycling action this August. The men's and women's time trial, criterium and road race events are all held in Ballarat. Victoria's largest inland city abounds with leafy boulevards lined with heritage buildings and world-class attractions. Calling all club riders, why not register for the Non-elite Open Club Criterium and attempt this challenging criterium course in the heart of Ballarat's spectacular city centre? Who knows, you may even win yourself some prize money! The three day event will bring more than 100 top riders, their dedicated support crew and more than 6000 sepctators. the carnival like atmosphere will be electric with three exciting days packed with elite cycling at its very best.
