Grampians Wildflower Show
Celebrating the beauty and diversity of the Grampians, one of Victoria's biggest and most botanically interesting national parks. A 4-day exhibition of the unique local wildflowers displayed to highlight the diverse plant communities of the Grampians. Plants from heathland, woodland and wetland areas grouped according to their habitat to provide information about plant identification, botanical names and where to see the plants in the park.
In addition to the display of spring flowers, there will be photographic displays of plants that flower in the Grampians at other times of the year. Other features of the show are exhibits highlighting conservation issues, children's activities and daily bus tours with expert guides to see wildflowers, particularly orchids, in the bush around Halls Gap.
