Celebrate ten years of Pizzini Sangiovese and salsiccie - the humble Italian sausage - over the Queen's Birthday Weekend June 2008. On Saturday join the Sangiovese e Salsiccie long lunch. Five courses of Italian fare, wine and entertainment. $125 per person, booking essential. Sunday 8th we will teach you how to make your own sausages from the meats and spices provided then you can cook them on the BBQ for your lunch. Other Mediterranean inspired dishes also available for lunch including, braised goat, lamb bolito misto, vegetarian lasagne, salmon and salcicce with polenta and saurkraut. A selection of warming desserts and good espresso also available.New release wines will include the 2008 Arneis, Pinot Grigio, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Vin Santo 2003, Coronamento 2003, Piolit and 2008 Brachetto, a sprity sweet blush coloured red.
