William Angliss Institute Open Day 2008
Come and experience the William Angliss Open Day on Sunday 10th August from 10am 4pm at 555 La Trobe Street, Melbourne.
This is your chance to witness firsthand what William Angliss is all about and why 15,000 students select from the diverse range of courses on offer at the Institute every year. Regular presentations will give an insight into the Tourism, Hospitality, Resort Management, Event Management and Culinary Arts courses, whilst current students will give guided tours of the Institute s extensive facilities.
There will also be plenty of opportunities to sample some of the culinary delights created at the Institute try your hand at chocolate making, taste-test exotic meats and experience the delights of the Coffee Academy. Join in the fun at the Hospitality Showcase, which will include a cocktail making competition, a flamb demonstration and tap beer pulling!
