Dinner in the Vines
Celebrate the autumn equinox with seasonal Italian dining under the stars. Indulge in four delicious courses prepared by guest Chef, Joseph Vargetto, head chef and part owner of the award winning, Oyster Little Bourke. Joseph was trained in part by the '3 Michelin star' Italian chef Gaultiero Marchesi, in Melbourne under the equally exalted Philippe Mouchel of Paul Bocuse Restaurant and also by the award winning restaurateur Jeremy Strode.
While he has headed up the kitchens of some of Melbourne's better known dining rooms, Joseph was named by Antonio Carluccio as Australia's leading risotto chef. You will enjoy sparkling wine on arrival and premium wines from the Family Cellar throughout the evening. Recipes and special offers from All Saints will also be available. A classical trio will serenade you during dinner, finishing with a special operatic performance from the Murray Conservatorium, however... don't forget your dancing shoes!
Last but not least, we have a very special surprise that will light up the night sky. It is sure to be a spectacular evening.
