Winter is the perfect time of year to participate in the West Gippsland Slow Food Festival. Showcasing talented local chefs and winemakers, they will bring produce from the garden to the table in a series of workshops and events for you to sip, sample and savour. There are also hands on workshops where you can learn directly from the grower about the amazing produce that is available and just how you can turn it into something spectacular!
