Learn how to grow, store and cook truffle from the experts and see truffle dog demonstrations. Buy fresh truffle and win a truffle an hour each day from 11am to 3pm.
Enjoy delicious truffle-themed food experiences with some of Perth’s best known foodies: Alain Fabregues, Emmanuel Mollois, Kate Lamont, Don Hancey, Vince Garreffa, Jude Blereau and food artist Bridget Waters.
Special events include Truffle Masterclasses with acclaimed Sydney chef Peter Gilmore, Long table luncheons, Gala Dinners, Perth Hills Wine Show, Gourmet Produce Market and Food Piazza, and the Mundaring Arts Centre exhibition and workshops.
