The 11th Revelation Perth International Film Festival and Screen Conference
The 11th Revelation Perth International Film Festival will showcase bold and independent new features, documentaries, shorts, experimental works and animation direct from the international film festival and cutting edge independent film circuit.
The 2008 line up includes international award winners and Australian premiers from Rotterdam, SxSW, Chicago Underground, Sundance, Venice, Tribeca, Toronto and more. The program ranges from big screen entertainment to specially curated showcases.
With Opening and Closing Night celebrations, the Rev Lounge upstairs at The Astor, master classes, In Conversation With… events, plus more cross-form specialities, the sharpest and most innovative film event in the country is also Perth’s very own.
This year, the Rev Lounge provides the perfect surrounds for local filmmakers, film buffs and film fans to mix and mingle with international guests. Explore new films and meet the people behind them at master classes and In Conversation With… events.
