Tomerong

  • Tomerong is located west of Jervis Bay, and 20 kilometres south of Nowra. The small town centre is just off the Princes Highway on Hawken Road. Prior to the highway bypass, it was a major stopover point on the trip between Sydney and Melbourne. Traditionally, Tomerong was a major tree-felling area with its products being shipped to Sydney via the port of Jervis Bay.
