Moogerah is located one hour’s drive south west of Brisbane via the Cunningham Highway. For a little more scenery, take the route from Ipswich or the Gold Coast through Boonah. Just outside Moogerah, you’ll find the spectacular Moogerah Peaks and five minutes away to the north-east, lies beautiful Lake Moogerah. Lake Moogerah is a popular destination for boating, fishing, water-skiing or for having a picnic on the grassy banks.
