The Devils Marbles - WauchopeWauchope is 114 kilometres south of Tennant Creek, a short distance from the Devils Marbles Conservation Reserve. The historic Wauchope Roadhouse and pub was built in 1938 to service the needs of the nearby wolfram (used in the manufacture of tungsten) mines and is full of memorabilia from that era. It is a friendly well appointed wayside inn offering fuel, meals, bar facilities, comfortable motel accommodation, camping and a swimming pool.
