Fitzroy RiverMarlborough is situated 102 kilometres north of Rockhampton in the Livingston Shire along the Capricorn Coast. It can be reached along the Bruce Highway, and is the site of the chrysoprase mine. There is motel and caravan park style accommodation and the Marlborough Historical Museum to visit.
