Buddina, Queensland

Buddina is a thriving suburb of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. A notable feature of Buddina is the Kawana Shoppingworld shopping centre, which is one of the largest shopping centres on the Sunshine Coast and features over 100 stores including Big W and supermarkets Woolworths and BiLo.

The eastern half of Buddina fronts the Pacific Ocean, with a long stretch of beach that’s perfect for many activities. The Coastal Pathway runs adjacent to the beach and is perfect for walking, jogging and cycling. Kawana SLSC patrols the beach in front of the surf club on weekends and public holidays from the September School holidays through to the end of the Easter school holidays. The crystal clear water, Pacific Ocean breezes and the beautiful long stretch of golden sand make for an unforgettable experience.

Visitor accommodation can be found in Buddina especially fully self contained apartments opposite the beach and some holiday houses.
