Cornwall Collectables

Cornwall Collectables is located at Cornwall near St Marys on Tasmania's stunning east coast. It is nestled in the beautiful Mount Nicholas ranges.
The area has a coal mining history both current and past and Cornwall Collectables are located near the Coal Mining Heritage Wall.
There is a combination of a mining display and an array of old wares, records, telephones, books and numerous items from the retro era. Set in a blue barn overlooking the Fingal Valley, the scene is set to step back in time to look for an item from your childhood days. You will find the Bakelite radio that Dad used to listen to next to an old record collection that is fast becoming harder to find. See one of the largest soda syphon collections in Tasmania, as seen on the ‘Collectors’ television show.
Artefacts and photos from the early Cornwall coal mining days complement the miner’s heritage wall. The nostalgic items and relaxing atmosphere makes for a different and memorable experience. Please note Cornwall Collectables are closed on Wednesdays.
Cornwall is a one and a half hour drive (approximately 130 kilometres/81 miles) south-east of Launceston or five minutes drive if you are coming from St Marys.
