Out There Outback is an owner operated company that offers ‘boutique’ arts-focussed tours in remote landscape areas, where few people travel, and outback indigenous art centres in the Northern Territory and South Australia. You’ll travel in four-wheel drives with people who know and love the outback and art.
All tours are designed to allow time for you to paint, sketch, draw, walk, photograph or just soak up the spectacular landscapes, off the beaten track.

Artlovers Arnhem LandDuring this tour you will visit four remote Aboriginal art centres - Injalak Arts and Crafts in Oenpelli, Bula'bula Art at Ramingining, the Milingimbi Art and Craft Centre on Milingimbi Island and the Maningrida Arts and Craft Centre located in Maningrida. There will be paintings, dillybags, round mats, bark paintings, sculptures and much more available for purchase. You'll explore the landscape at Murwangi, where the movie '10 Canoes' was filmed, enjoy a cultural boat cruise and a rock art tour with indigenous guides. This is photographer's dream, so please remember to bring lots of memory capacity, to capture these amazing places.
