Kings Tableland Observatory
Kings Tableland Observatory is located in the Blue Mountains at Wentworth Falls where they have a flat screen planetarium and two modern telescopes,
housed in a 4 1/2 metre dome. The Observatory offers dark skies viewing while still close to Sydney.
It is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening from 7 pm (8pm during daylight savings) for individuals and families. Also ideal for interested groups or
schools by arrangement. Solar viewing Saturdays and Sunday weather permitting and astronomy classes are arranged through Nepean College four times
per year.
