Conservation Hut
The Conservation Hut is located in the magnificent World Heritage Blue Mountains National Park and perched at the edge of the escarpment at Wentworth Falls, with views into the Jamison Valley.
Opened in 1993 as a cafe, it replaced the old Hut which was previously used by the conservation society. The building boasts an eco-friendly design, and is close to the start of some of Wentworth Falls most popular bushwalks. A cosy woodfire is provided for your comfort in winter.
Light snacks and hearty meals to suit all tastes with delicious seasonal house specials are offered.
Inside the Conservation Hut are two magnificent triptych paintings by Reinis Zusters. Information boards and brochures are available on the walks in the region.
Conservation Hut was recently awarded Winner 2008 Regional Awards for Excellence "Tourism Restaurant".
The cafe is open seven days a week.
