Explorers Tree

Explorers Tree is located on Pulpit Hill just west of Katoombaand is the remains of tall Blackbutt where explorer William Lawson reportedly carved his initials
in 1813 on the historic crossing of the Blue Mountains with Gregory Blaxland and Charles Wentworth.
