Wombat Heights Orchard
Enjoy the experience of picking your own cherries, peaches and sugar plums in season. Sample and buy some local produce and gifts from the "Grog Shed" with a variety of wines, including their famous Cherry Wine, jams, sauces, and chutneys on display. Not to mention the renowned limoncello and walnut rum as well as the vast range of liqueurs that are available. Also available is a novelty product called 'Wombat Widdle'.
As well as the handmade produce that is made at Wombat Heights you can also sample the fruit as you pick it yourself straight from the tree. There are no entry fees into the orchard and you pay for the fruit that you take - prices per kilogram.
There are cool drinks available as well as good amenities and barbecue in a garden setting, or you can even bring your own picnic.
Coaches are welcome but bookings are essential.
