Briars Historic Inn
The historic Georgian (circa 1845) Inn has a true country atmosphere and is a favourite haunt of locals, with its intimate bars and contemporary food.
The Briars Inn is famous for the 'cook your own' steak, chicken or fish. There are have ales on tap, such as Old Speckled Hen and Braidwood's own ESB (Extra Special Bitter), an extensive wine list including local varieties – all poured by the glass, so any person can enjoy a good quality glass of wine with their meal.
There are three private dining rooms available. The Bong Bong Room seats up to 30, the Argyle Room seats up to 24 and the Tack Room seats up to 12.
