Cherryhaven Orchards and Coffee Shop
Cherryhaven Orchard is one of Young's biggest cherry orchards. Offering a "Pick you own Cherries" experience to visitors in season, they have delicious fresh fruit available for six months of the year - including cherries, plums, peaches and nectarines.
Picnic areas and guided tours are available by arrangement including packing shed tours, blossom time tours, and educational tours. The Cherry and Coffee shops are open to visitors and coach groups. They provide morning and afternoon teas, light snacks and cherry pies, as well as jams, sauces, chutneys, fresh fruit and other local produce.
Visit Cherryhaven Orchards in November through to December to experience the cherry season. And if it's peaches, plums or nectarines that you are looking for they are available from January to April. Strawberries are also available from October to May. Cherryhaven also makes jams, preserves, and fruits in liqueur as well as cherry pies, juices and conserves.
