Stables Tavern and Restaurant
The Stables Tavern and Restaurant is in Wee Jasper only forty five minutes from Yass and an hour from Canberra. Originally the Police Station and residence built in 1884, the buildings were made of local limestone and house many fascinating artifacts from years gone by.
The Stables offer a unique bush pub atmosphere, fine dining and cabin accommodation. It is the local watering hole as well as a haven for weary motorcyclists, mountain bikers, fisher folk, travellers, bushwalkers, cavers and for anyone passing through the Wee Jasper Valley.
