Kenmore Hospital Museum

Kenmore Hospital Museum is located in a Walter Liberty Vernon designed mental hospital. Exhibitions change each year in a former ward, and visitors can ‘step back’ into a 19th century psychiatric asylum.

The main season is weekends from mid-March to the end of April and mid-September (for History Week celebrations).

Historical tours of the upper hospital grounds (1 1/2 hours) are offered at 11.00am and 2.00pm (sharp) when open.

Out of season group tours by appointment only (weekends only).
