Lavender Gardens Tea Rooms and Function Centre
Lake Bathurst Function Centre and Lavender Tea Rooms is set in landscaped Lavender gardens in the quaint village of Lake Bathurst. Situated just 20 minutes from Goulburn and one hour from Canberra; perfect for a day out in the country.
The Old Railway waiting room at Lake Bathurst has now been restored and forms part of a rail heritage display.
The Tea Rooms is decorated extensively with kitchenalia and old corner store memorabilia from the 1920's. The Tea Rooms cater for light lunches, morning and afternoon teas and cappuccinos. The Lavender Gift Shop offers a range of lavender based products plus the garden's own loose lavender and Essential Lavender Oil.
Tours to the actual lake (on Private Property) and woolshed are available for groups of six people or more. Bookings essential. Pre-booked groups may also inspect a private collection of MG sports cars and motoring memorabilia as part of our tour package.
